At HeyAlora, we want you to love your purchase and feel confident in every piece you wear. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help — within the guidelines below.

🕒 30-Day Return & Refund Window

We accept returns or refund requests within 30 days of the purchase date. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns or refunds after 30 days have passed.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • For hygiene reasons, bodysuits and shapewear must be untried on bare skin. Please try items over your underwear.

  • Proof of purchase (e.g. order number or receipt) is required.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked final sale

  • Products returned after 30 days

  • Items not in original condition, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

💳 Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a few business days.

📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was received.
